Dear Customer,
You can enable online payment service on your Debit/Credit/Dollar Card for E-commerce transactions.
For this, please write back to us mentioning your Card Number and Personal Details at customercare@mbl.com.np
Steps of E-comm Transaction Activation for Cards:-
- Please write us an e-mail at customercare@mbl.com.np
- Our Customer Care staffs shall call you in your registered mobile number within 24 hours to validate your request
- After validation, your request for online access shall be activated
- If you do not receive a call, we shall drop you a message citing 'Please contact our branch'. After that, you are requested to visit our nearest branch along with a written request for activation of e-commerce transaction.
